Hi....Zot here!!!

Welcome to the all new CG Swot Blog... This is where I will be posting lots of juicy information about lots of juicy stuff...

Most of it will be about helpful Computer Graphics related information. But some of it will be just just me sharing my opinion about things.... still CG related though.

Some of the things I will be covering are software, hardware, ,equipment, plugins, scripts, movies, vfx, awards, motion graphics, design, 3D, 2D, art, projects...

and lots, lots more....

Who is this Zot guy...?

You may be wondering who is this Zot? Where did he come from? What does he do?Well I'm glad you asked.... Zot is a strange little guy who has been hanging around the CG industry for quite some time now. He has never really had a job, per say, but he has been a valued member of many-a-crew. He seems to go where the action is and he can't seem to stay for too long. Which is not a bad thing sometimes....

You see, when the deadlines are looming, Zot seems to see an opportunity for fun and practical jokes and let me tell you, this can wear thin when the pressure is on. Don't get me wrong, he is great to have around and his industry knowledge and attitude is outstanding, but we had to find something for him to focus on while the work is being done....

This brings me to his current position. Zot has been given the task of "CG Swot Mascot" which he is very excited about. He has also volunteered to be the local "Site Guide", which he seems to think will snag him some little alien babes... We haven't told him...Shhhh. So he will be explaining various aspect of the site as well as managing the CG Swot Blog. We promise to try to keep him on-topic, however if you think he is starting to stray, then simply let him know via the comment section... One thing he has always welcomed is constructive feedback and possitive communication.

So to you, the user, I ask that you welcome him into our CG Swot community and say "hi" whenever you get the chance....
